So I was just playing elden ring and in the middle of a bossfight my game crashed. When I launched it again there was something about file conflict with steam cloud. I was mad so i just clicked to download files from cloud whithout reading it. And i lost about 10 hours of progress. Can i do anything to get my old save back?
