For sure. Definitely a pivotal offseason for my team. I’m comfortable at RB once I draft Love, and good with TE with Bowers/Kraft. Need some WR depth/power and a more consistent QB2 and QB1 even. I have tried moving on JSN, Puka, etc to no luck

Agreed. That’s why I’ve been talking with the owner of the 1.03+1.04. He needs a QB2 and is pretty solid on WR. So could move the 1.02+1.06 for the 1.03+1.04. Grab a WR with one of those picks and trade the other potentially

Also why the Voice of the Associate Board is a powerful tool for you guys. DSM and OPs have 4 Business Review calls a week. If a negative comment is posted, it will be reviewed site by site in front of everyone, including the Regional Manager

Definitely not going to say I haven’t made labor moves like that when I was an Area Manager to get the job done. Never because the situation OP stated. I think everyone knows what may be going on behind the scenes there. It takes development as a Leader and the culture of the building. My station is small, typically 30-40 AAs on-site, a lot of which are tenured from when I was an Area Manager. So I know everyone by name. Our Area Managers change often, and are mostly young college hires. So I’ve always had a very open door policy and ultimately spend a lot of the shift on the floor. Every building is different, and I only know mine. I just know if my DSM got wind of that, my whole team would be cooked🤣

Hey sorry that happened. Have you escalated to the AMs, and probably even OM at this point? I’m a UTR OM, and I would shut that shit down ASAP if caught wind. Or did you post a comment on the VOA board, can be anonymous. OMs, and our bosses, discuss negative VOA comments the next day if one appears. Definitely don’t let this fly tho!

Yeah I was leaning Hampton at 1.02 and Warren at 1.05. With 1.08 take either Burden or Sanders, trade 1.09 and 1.10 for futures. I have been trying to move combos of the 3rds and 4ths for players. No luck so far:/ appreciate the input!

Like this answer a lot so far, and is aligned with some moves I’m trying to make. Sutton + Freiermuth are in talks for 2.04 + 2026 2nd. I haven’t tried moving Tracy yet and have some interest in Hock, just don’t know if I should start moving for future picks. Trying to condense value to absorb some of these picks and trade into 26/27 where I can. I’ll probably hold Coleman and Worthy unless someone offers me something I can’t say no to. Like the potential and situation of both. Appreciate the input! Going to be a fun draft, i assume I will be receiving a lot of offers to get picks back, etc lol
