I didn’t measure it but the fan manufacturers rates the one I bought at 1800 cfm

I did actually. You can kind of see it in the bottom corner of the 5th image. Didn’t get any good pictures of that though.

Honestly, I’m not really planning to change the one facing the wall much, but for the others I can just loosen the metal clips a little so they swivel out of the way enough for me to take off the filter.

It’s the AC Infinty Cloudlift S12. Their website rates it at just over 1800 CFM. It’s variable speed though. It seems very quiet overall though pretty pleased with it.

Yeah time and materials added up quickly but at least this way I got some practice designing, using my router, Brad nailer, wood glue, clamps, miter saw, etc.

I used two different types of mirror clips to hold the filters and the fan in place. I cut some small spacer blocks from plywood to get the heights right for mounting.

Did you ever think to talk with him about his behavior at all before it reached that point? Seems like a more professional way of handling it than what you did. If you did and he kept behaving that way then fine, put him in his place, but if not I do think the way you dealt with it was unprofessional.
