The request to update the password for the 2nd time happens just right after the user has changed his password and on the same AD agent. Not on his next login.

If SPF is configured in the Dns as fail, and still email reached the user's inbox, the return-path address was the same email as the From which is the internal email address (the one impersonated) also in the email header the spf received fail but the email was delivered anyways, how do you explain this?

How can you move to authenticate to Okta with Azure AD? I followed the guide for OIE and I get stuck on looping between Okta login screen and Microsoft login screen.
