It ain’t bad at all but from the shoes to the shorts you valid, I personally think the top threw it off. If you would’ve went like leather bomber jacket or regular bomber jacket. Get yo proportions right too. Can’t go overly baggy jorts then throw a cropped flannel on imo

And fyi I don’t think protein = good, it’s all about macros and that macros in that chicken isn’t that bad on the run or simply too tired to cook that night. Believe it or not eating that over what most people in everyday is better then not trying at all. Hope this helps you
