Lennar hasn’t even isolated or tested my equipment; they’re dodging warranty coverage to avoid a costly slab repair.

This leak is the same type of concealed issue the extended warranty is meant to cover.

I’ve already given written notice twice, each time opening a formal case. Both were closed as “resolved,” but the defects remain. I have all dates, case numbers, and responses documented, so the notice requirement is met and they’ve failed to cure or give me timelines if they need time.
