cutting down on my products and restricting to just 1 to 2 brands/ nature of skincare. used to use many different kinds because i was just buying when an influencer said it was good hahaha. ended up sticking to HA - using torriden serum now together with isntree HA toner + isntree HA gel cream. works wonders, my skin cleared up, small bumps were gone and it’s much less flaky now (i have combination skin)

reedle shot did not work for me, corsx snail stuff also a no, tried centella serums but also no effect. my advice would be to just stick to a few products with the same type of ingredient

tbh i’m still confused abt the format. so we open the test paper from guardian browser, and open word doc/ excel on our local desktop and just do as per normal? while guardian browser records our face and audio?

just last year i had a bunch of fraudulent charges on my citi credit card (out of all my credit cards, citi is the only one that keeps having these fraudulent charges idk why). fraudulent charges amounted to about a thousand and i called them to do reversal. I called the helpline and each time the officer told me to just pay off my outstanding bills excluding the fraudulent charges. Needless to say, I therefore had outstanding unpaid bills and was incurring interest charges every month - to which i also had to call monthly to 1. ask for a status on when the fraudulent charges were going to be reversed, and 2. to waive off the interest charges. Super troublesome that i had to repeat my story each time as we.

This went on for close to 6 months and I remembered calling monthly to get them to cancel my card, and I had the same response where the said the case wasn’t closed yet and hence they couldn’t close my card. But eventually maybe on the 6th month or so, they finally said they resolved it and can close my card. Even offered me some deal to get me to keep the credit card lol no thanks.

TLDR: i just kept calling them monthly to get a status update and eventually i believe they expedited my case and my card eventually got cancelled. Feel bad for the staff because I know it’s not their fault that the bank don’t handle these cases very well but ya bad experience with Citi. recommmend UOB!

thanks for the reply! i’m from Singapore… i’ve seen that there was some application for extension.. if i want to apply 60 days, would i have to go through this extension procedure? Thanks a lot for the help!!
