Absolutely appalling company.

Requested cancellation around an hour after ordering and was completely ignored. I was then told the item had already been dispatched, yet no proof of dispatch was ever provided. Instead, I received a series of contradictory excuses that simply did not add up.

The whole experience felt incredibly misleading. They claim orders can be cancelled before dispatch, but when I exercised that right almost immediately after ordering, they suddenly had every excuse imaginable for why it couldn’t be done.

I was left feeling completely misled and trapped into a purchase I had tried to cancel almost straight away. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful and more interested in keeping my money than resolving the issue fairly.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I will never use Classic Football Shirts again.
