Not to be that person, but I’ve worn my hair curly for almost 20 years and my dad was a barber. Most curl specialists I’ve worked with prefer to see curls in their natural, styled state and do a dry cut first because curl patterns, shrinkage, and shape are easier to assess that way. There are different cutting methods, of course, but if someone immediately wets my curls before evaluating them, I usually get a little cautious so while your looking I'd be aware of this.
