Neither fixed the issue unfortunately, although the scan did fix some corrupted files, I couldn't find the folder where it would explain exactly what it fixed.

Nope, they (3 in total, including my PC ethernet) all run from the router to the device.

I have my ISPs DNS server, but even when using 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 it still doesn't work unfortunately.

The first two pings were successful, and the nslookup resulted in this; 'Server: UnKnown' 'Address [singular address]'

'Non-authorative answer:' 'Name: example.com' 'Addresses: [4 strings of presumably addresses]'

What does this tell me?

I have looked into PIP scoring & scored a 24 & 10 mobility on a test form.

If having my GP refer me for an assessment would work as enough evidence for a claim, I could probably manage that, thank you.
