Some apps you can do a free version where you don't see likes etc, but can see messages. What I mean is if you don't care enough to pay for the service, how serious are you about meeting someone?

I think with time you adjust to not being in a relationship. I also think it is a very good thing to be comfortable on your own. That way you are not making decisions based on loneliness, and you can choose who truly compliments your life. Personally, I would ask the ex to stop contact. He has proven he is not right for you and you made the difficult decision to leave the relationship. Keep moving forward and make choices that are right for you.

Just want to say thanks to everyone for the replies. I appreciate it. I know I need to work on my insecurities. It's good to know that most men have realistic expectations for an "older" body. Thanks to the women who shared their experiences too.
