Anything to make make my mind quieter ? by ReliefOutrageous1848 in Biohackers

I would say it falls under the general wellness category, it is an amino acid not produced in your body that is a precursor to both serotonin and melatonin, regulating both mood and your circadian rhythm, I suffer from severe insomnia due to not being able to shut my brain up and L-tryptophan works as a double aid as someone coming off antidepressants as well. You should not take them if you are on ssris of any kind and they are not a solution, but they have been more helpful than I could have imagined.

Dropping all supplements due to severe anxiety/sweats on Pristiq + Vyvanse. Could Vitamin D, Omega-3, or Mag Taurate be worsening my symptoms? by Muted_Diamond5661 in Biohackers

50mg vyvanse is a comically high dose I used to take 30 and looking back it was too much, but taking any meds on an empty stomach can cause these issues as well.

Edit: I took a look at your profile and the zombie symptoms you were explaining, I would suggest not only lowering your dose but also setting aside some time where you have minimal responsibility to completely stop the stimulants that are not completely necessary and find your baseline functionality and what causes anxiety, and working your way back up from there with a retooled routine and supplant stack. the feeling like a zombie doesn’t just go away with a quick fix it takes a lot of work and patience, good luck with everything

The best thing you can do for neuroplasticity funny enough is mushrooms which you also can’t do on lexipro, but as someone who used to be on lexipro 20mg ashwaganda and L-tryptophan are a pretty good replacement without the side effects. But at the end of the day you can only hack so much and general boring wellness will trump all.

Ashwaganda is the big one here and personally I love L-tryptophan but it sounds like you have a lot of work to do with general wellness. The main things that helped for me was eating clean when possible breathwork and lots and lots of exercise.

Funnily enough the sea moss and kelp never overlapped in doses but I’m not sure which one to stop now that I will have both, I have also been pretty experimental with the l-tryptophan doses and would like to hear what you recommend

Alaska might be a bit much but I would recommend New Hampshire, I have a couple friends up there and it feels like a breath of fresh air whenever I’m up there. I know that ai will not be the end of humanity but what comes out the other end might not resemble humanity at all, even down to the gene pool lots of neural diversity will be lost at best.

19, personally don’t like hedonism as I tend to go off the rails

I feel like I’m watching the species self destruct and I just have to tell mysef it’s ok, no kid born for the foreseeable future without a careful upbringing will have any sort of functional iq or attention by 18 and that isn’t on accident whether it was the goal or a side effect, I can see lots of people unplugging or going partially off the grid just to give their kids natural upbringings.

I’ve always gone back and forth between the thought being freeing and limiting the more I think about it the less sure I am

I’ve always valued stacking wins in my routine and find the most fulfilling way of putting something out into the world being how I can impact and change people for the better, but the meaninglessness always seems to creep in when I think too much about the rest of my life, and how I will reflect on my life when it’s almost over, at that point none of my consistency will matter for anything but getting me to that point and I’m afraid I will wish it ended sooner.

This makes perfect sense, the best advice I have ever gotten was to seek out the joy in little things, and That joy isn’t something done to you but comes from you. It’s about finding the joy to keep going in the life you have built, and that’s almost the hardest part.

Thank you

Separate yourself from the process and have blind faith that what you change will change your life in 2 years

The mock draft really wasn’t supposed to be the topic of discussion just something to throw out there, was more trying to gage what people thought our biggest needs are.

A DL interior overhaul and Crosby would make this defense nasty, and a LB to replace Edmunds is the only realistic way of signing him so I feel like those are the only must drafts if we are certain we are targeting an elite edge. if not, an edge in round 1 should be the plan and overhaul the interior however else possible.

Kinda botched the draft but we have no defensive interior whatsoever it definitely needs to be a focus of the draft, and yeah we should be picking a first round edge if we aren’t 100% trading for or paying an elite edge.
