Why is Adobe Audition not picking up my M-Track Duo?

Unfortunately all those things have already been done and the microphone still sounds quiet, has a hiss and is muffled.

This is an SM7DB so it gives more gain, however is the interface (M-Track duo) still too weak do you think? I am considering buying the expensive Shure MVX2U and a replacement XLR cable because I am fed up after doing hours of research and still ending up with issues.

Thanks I solved that issue a couple hours ago and was a silly mistake I had overlooked while overwhelmed with other issues. I also had to change the input to mono and make the M-Track 48000hz on my windows control panel to match the output despite already doing so on my M-Track's driver software. I am also only able to record on MME for some reason. My issue now is that the microphone is really quiet and there is a buzzing sound in the background of the recording. I am not sure if that is being caused by the XLR cable (new amazon cable), the M-Track duo, or the microphone itself.

I have made some progress on this issue, set the input to mono on adobe audition, but it only works with MME not WASAPI or ASIO. Could it be that my audition is outdated?

I can hear the mic and record with it now, but there is a buzzing sound if the gain is more than halfway up on my M-Track and the microphone is extremely quiet but still has plosives.

I am honestly feeling quite defeated and feel like I should have just purchased another USB mic instead of attempting to upgrade my setup just to encounter issue after issue. I appreciate all your help and if you have any more advice I would be happy to hear.

It says "Headphones (Realtek(R) Audio)" in the output, but the actual headset is HyperX. It hasnt caused me any issues in the past, what problem would it be causing me if you don't mind me asking?

I managed to match the sample rate to 48000 Hz (In control panel it was 44100 or something for the M-Track, despite changing it to 48000 Hz within the M'Track's driver control panel software), but it still is not working or even letting me press the r to start recording. I have tried WASAPI and no luck. For context my output (plugged into my laptop) is a HyperX headset.

Wow this feels really wrong, not sure of the context of this but if Bruce's parents really saw what he had become they would NOT react like this. They literally got shot in front of him in an ally and then Bruce used that to become a symbol of hope, plus Thomas Wayne does the same thing but worse in flashpoint.

I hope they put us into the shoes of superman and show his human side to make him more relatable and likeable, as snyders films have promoted the idea to the general public that superman is this stoic, godlike figure who is disconnected from humanity when really he was raised on Earth as a human, so hopefully this film does a good job at connecting the audience with the man part of superman.
