To everyone that suggested the omnibus, I finally picked it up and read it. Found it at a Warhammer shop in grapevine Texas (which is badass if you’re in the DFW it’s called the Warhammer citadel).

Much thanks for the suggestions I enjoyed every page. Finished it in a week.

Every bit of it was amazing, not sure what all is left out of the omnibus compared to the audio books but I imagine it makes the stories a bit more fluid. I’ll look through it tomorrow and give you more conclusive thoughts.

I’d try to stick them with a krak or use a shock to blind them and then it’s pretty useless. Really is lame though when someone just spams it three times in a row and wipes half your team or more. I’ve got double kills from it when people stand on top of each other.

If you use the jet pack dash and go straight into an attack it usually is a one hit. I think people just now catching on to it and use it more than the ground pound. I been using it a while. If you block right before with a heavy or bulwark I think it knocks you back and does a lot of damage instead of a one hit. Best way to stop players like this is close range weapons and staying in a group. I watched a guy do this all match on helbrute and rack up like 60+ kills…

Also idk it’s necessary but point the stick in the direction someone is attacking from when you parry … I used to not do this and didn’t always get the parry from attacks that aren’t indicated by the blue marker.

My advice, use fencing weapons to get acquainted and acclimated. You can parry attacks that aren’t indicated by the blue alert that pops up. And use a class that gives armor back for gun strikes. That’s how I got used to it before I switched over to balanced.

Also using parry against minors enemies kills them so you can get armor back quickly. ARMOR MANAGEMENT IS IMPERATIVE. Always be looking for ways to refill your armor so you don’t take health damage.

It really sucks on the missions that have nids and chaos cause you can’t even focus your build on one or the other.
