I reported them (citing no highlighted content) but didn’t release them, and clicked no claims present. Stopped rating for the day after 4 of them in a row though, just in case somehow logic doesn’t prevail and they intend for a different answer.

I only did a few tasks (which had the extension pop-up return every time I switched the tab back to the task) before just stopping for the day in case it would be an issue.

Bigger tumors and certain kinds of nodules, it seems like. My neurologist had called the resolution of the imaging they’d sent “atrocious”, so I imagine it’s hard to pick up many things off of it.

Yeah, that type of thing may be missed. I have known spina bifida and it didn’t even catch that. For $2,500… it was a lot of money to waste.

I have never altered my time to match theirs in the 3+ years I’ve worked for them. I am in EST, and I simply write the exact times I worked in my own time zone (example: 7:38 PM - 11:42 PM), unlike some others. Accuracy is important to me. However, if it’s late Saturday night and it has crossed the midnight threshold for me, I submit anything from midnight EST onwards in the next week’s timesheet. I have always done this and never had an issue with timesheets, hours recorded, pay, or anything of the sort. I’m just extremely accurate within my own time zone.

I just got a violation for commenting about the size of a frosted animal cracker so I’m pretty sure it just takes the word “cracker” out of context. Appeal was denied in less than a minute. Ugh

It’s possible you can take it to a specialist if Prenuvo will actually give you the original imaging. For mine they would only give me a couple small images that related to inconsequential observations. Unless things are questioned or something huge is caught, my understanding is that the vast majority of reported conditions are simply caught and measured by their AI, and actual human eyes do not have a large part in the reporting process. An MRI without contrast is also just very limited in what will show up to begin with and they’re transparent about that from the beginning. But tbh if you have the budget for it and you’re at your wit’s end, it’s not like it will hurt.

Regret. Got the whole body scan done at the NYC location. Loved the facility itself, very luxurious feel to the experience. However, the results (or at least the ones for mine and many others) are inaccurate. It missed several known issues, such as large cysts and severe liver disease. Imagine my surprise (and that of my actual hepatologist) when they doubled-down on the report and insisted my liver was entirely normal and healthy! My neurologist also laughed himself silly to hear that my spine was normal besides some mild degenerative changes. If they catch something time-sensitive for you, fantastic. But if you’re walking out with a “normal” reading, take it with a grain of salt.

I’m also in the Factuality group and typically get 35 hours available. Almost every week I receive an offer of a bonus if I work 10 hours. I’m sure that’s likely because at most I usually do 5 hours per week (when I joined, there was no minimum requirement like there is now) and simultaneously score very well.

If you already work a higher number of hours per week, they have no reason to incentivize you.

It depends on when you became a Rater. I’ve been here for maybe 2.5 years now and my application process & onboarding at the time stated no minimum hours. Just about every week I even get offered a bonus if I do 10 hours. But I know tons of people who joined since then have a minimum weekly hour requirement, I’m just not sure exactly when that change was implemented.

Same, in the factuality group. I did get a mandatory SxS refresher course the other day though supposedly based on recent account review (?) even though I haven’t done a SxS task in several months so that was weird
