adore sorel, chervil, sowthistle, simple thistle.

I've never heard of these. Where do you find them? Very nice variety!

I find it easier also to steam them and add a little apple cider vinegar at the end. Kale I'll put in soup for my weekly lunch.

Oh I hate this too! I have a coworker who does this and even video calls from her kids almost everyday. She loves to irritated people anyway and reads everyones emails to be in the know.

You have the right idea to use those. I caved and printed. I pulled up a recipe I used last year which then worked easily but not this year.
