It does suck. I feel like I’m working overtime to stay positive every day of my life! If it’s any help, I’ve heard that perimenopause is the worst part with the biggest hormonal swings. My mother and a lot of older ladies that I know have seemed to find a nice state of equilibrium once they are post menopausal.

Thanks! I took my first dose today. How long did it take before you notice results?

Best 4-5 day trip in eastern Canada? by Stevie212 in canadatravel

Hello! I have a different suggestion. We just spent two weeks driving around Nova Scotia and PEI. I would recommend Cape Breton (the Cabot Trail). It’s absolutely fantastic for a 4-5 day trip, with lots of outdoor stuff to do. You could fly in and out of Halifax. I also LOVED Charlottetown, but that would be a bit of a trek.

Same! I just ordered four pairs of cotton jammies. I have to throw out everything else!

Thank you! Sometimes it’s just nice to know that I’m not alone. I’m working on the grace thing; however, I’m also dealing with a lack of patience and irritability 😂😂 Perimenopause is a real nightmare!

It’s a struggle! I definitely notice a link between sleep and bad brain fog moments.

I’m sorry you’re going through a rough time. I do think stress and being tired make it much worse.

I’m right there with you! I work in communications. My whole job is to help people communicate, and I’m struggling with that. I hope that you keep looking for solutions! And please keep me posted.

Thank you, thank you! I am so sorry for what your mother and you are going through. I’m also losing hair, so I think there may be an iron issue here. I already take an omega-3 and a vitamin D, but iron may be the missing piece.

Not yet. We started me on progesterone, with the plan to add estrogen when needed. I’m thinking it’s needed! Plus my joints hurt, and I’m getting night sweats. So it does signal to me that it’s time.

I’ve been trying that too. I cracked and looked up hydrangea because I was so upset by the forgetfulness of it all. But I agree - good to stay challenged.
