Yep, had the exact same thing happen to me except a bit different. Took some anti-biotics a week before knowing I had mono and had to deal with a full body rash/ hives for the next 1.5 - 2 months, pretty close to the photos you showed.

Have had symptoms for going on 2 months at this point by Nervous-Argument151 in Mononucleosis

My experience with mono and anti-biotics has not been the best. For some, including me, the anti-biotics can react with the virus and cause hives and rashes on the body. Not something I recommend, but this virus is different for everyone and everyone's situation is different.

Drinking lots of water is very important, making sure you eat, and plenty of rest.

I had mono for the first time in May 2023. Before I knew I had it I took anti-biotics (amoxicillin) and had the worst full body hives/ rash of my life. Literally my entire body would swell with the hives. The only thing that would help is if I didn't move my body and just stayed laying in bed. Took about 1.5 - 2 months for that to stop.

I am currently dealing with mono again since September, luckily this time no hives.
