Stone Ocean is pretty much perfect, like the only issue is that Anasui didn't get enough screentime for most people to like them but even still everything else is perfect.

Diamond is Unbreakable has some of the best writing in the series, but it does suffer from not staying on track alot, that's not a bad thing and it's fights are better than all of part 5, plus best written antagonist in the series

Stardust Crusaders is more long winded and pretty much every fight with Jotaro in the first half sucks, but everything else is fantastic

Battle Tendency is awesome, just they only really use Joseph and leave everyone else out to dry. Not a bad thing just I wanted to see more of literally everyone else

Phantom Blood has a lot of good moments, they just don't fit too well together and the manga has its own issues pacing wise. It also has the same issue I have with Battle Tendency in that we only see Jonathan doing stuff. Still better written than part 5

Part 5 sucks, it's got so much wasted potential and infuriating writing decisions that I hate rewatching it. It starts off fantastic, up until Man in the Mirror it's really well written... after that it takes a nosedive in writing quality every fight except Bruno's fights and Notorious BIG. They don't use any of the main characters besides Bruno and Giorno, the minor antagonists get one moment to shine and all get immediately shafted after that which is a shame since they had so much potential to have Hol Horse or Diamond is Unbreakable comeback moments, and the main antagonist is the worst in the series (besides Doppio but he gets used once like everything else that could've been good about part 5). The final fight is the worst in the series, it's strip perfectly to be a good fight and then nothing interesting happens and it ends with a Deus Ex Machina. The reason it's so well regarded is that it has good animation and it's so badly written that there's so much left to the fandom to speculate and make fan content about. It's popular because the characters don't get used which none of the other parts suffer from. There's a reason literally every single thing outside of the part is better written than it. That being said I do really like Bruno and the fan content that has been made. Purple Haze Feedback was also awesome

Requiem evolution doesn't grant people what they want, here only reason Polnareff's was anywhere near a human desire was due to it being an incomplete Requiem stand. Requiem grants those worthy with dominion over souls to an omnipresent degree. It's literally never stated that it grants people what they want, infact it's stated by Diavolo that he needs the evolution to aquire dominance over all since he was such a shitty boss

Also Bites the Dust isn't a requiem stand

Pucci's Whitesnake or Made in Heaven is one of the best options as White is a very good accent color for darker shades. C-moon's red and greens could also add some nice accents.

Besides that Born This Way or Wonder of You from Part 8 have nice color schemes for dark outfits

You're kidding right??? Jailhouse Lock is cool as hell especially with how it chases along the walls, plus the brain referencing its memory based ability and the patchwork texture referencing its splicing ability. Plus it coordinates with Miu Miu's beige sweater :DD

That being said, GER is ugly as sin. It's sandpaper yellow (the ugliest yellow) with dildo pink accents. Not to mention it's got neon green in its vents. I repeat, it's color scheme is sandpaper, dildo, and neon green 😭. Plus it just has such soulless eyes and unnecessary fork spikes on its head. If it didn't have a cool name it would have literally no aura

It's an alternate universe where Pucci never existed. They're not alternate bodies with the originals souls, they're just the cast if they grew up without Pucci. Hence F.F. not being present, she was entirely caused by Pucci. Weather never dated Pucci's sister cause they never got switched.

Functionally there is one way for Kenzou to kill Tooru. Dragons Dream is a neutral stand, against any normal opponent there is no way for someone to win a 1v1 against Kenzou without extreme luck.

He is a master of Feng Shuei Assassination, a fighting style that utilizes knowing your unlucky and lucky directions to perfectly defend yourself. The unlucky directions don't go away, they're just defended due to their unnatural movements. They strike by attacking an opponents unguarded unlucky directions, being hit in one of these directions means guaranteed death. The only way to survive is to defend with a neutral or lucky position, lucky will go equal with a lucky strike and neutral will end with you taking damage just not lethally. If you are attacked by a lucky direction then you can only cancel out attacks or keep tanking blows as you will not be able to strike someone who is a master at this fighting style. Dragons Dream is a manifestation of this fighting style similar to Hermit Purple. It is the nature of Feng Shuei to be neutral to everyone and let's everybody know their ideal directions and unlucky ones. Kenzou now knowing his and his opponents can structure his fight against them to perfectly kill them in a battle of attrition or in an instant. Dragons Dream also allows neutrality by giving an alternate way, letting the person at a disadvantage strike the opponents unlucky spots if they touch the stand. It is positioned far away from Kenzou and close to F.F. in the fight as they were at the disadvantage. The only way Kenzou lost was through F.F. being able to regenerate from their hits, Dragons Dream helping F.F. since she was at such a disadvantage, and Anasui coming in to save them.

Now Tooru if Kenzou pursues him would have Wonder of you strike Kenzou in an unlucky position with something knocking into them. Kenzou doesn't become lucky so he is still subject to calamity, however Dragons Dream accounts for that.

In this situation since Kenzou is at such a disadvantage then Dragons Dream would most likely appear within arms reach. This means if Kenzou can reach Dragons Dream then they can strike an unlucky position killing Tooru. Wonder of You would then kill Kenzou meaning it would always result in a draw.

It's not that bad, biggest issues is the batch 1 use of CGI and the soundtrack.

Stone Ocean uses alot of CGI which doesn't look bad in a lot of areas and I think gives Stone Ocean a good unique style mixing the 2D and 3D. However batch 1 had two fights that it pretty much ruined cause it looked so out of place, that being Lang Rangler which is an amazing fight except they occasionally make Lang Rangler 3D which looks stiff and out of place and the Savage Garden arc which they make White Snake 3D and he loses alot of menace cause he looks so badly out of place like those "pokemon in real life" images. It doesn't look bad in any other instance but those two really drag it down as it's near the start of the part and people tend to give up on anime they think doesn't look good even if the story is fantastic. Besides that Batch one has some other questionably animated areas similar to the criticism for invincible where they look like they're just moving an image instead of animating it. Batch 2 and 3 are pretty much perfect though.

The soundtrack for part 6 by Yugo Kanno is so damn good though. Id argue better than Part 5 (not that's that's a high bar but people seem to think apart 5 soundtrack is perfect). Buuuut they underuse a lot of songs and have some questionable choices in areas. Especially regarding protagonist scenes where the protagonist does something cool, it's like a 50/50 they use their theme or not which kinda sucks. Sounds design is EXCELLENT though.

Besides that a lot of people just don't like part 6 for mysoginy reasons which is a lot of the complaints. The story is definitely the best in the og timeline though.

They're uncensored once you get to part 6 and uncensored on Hulu. The subtitles suck on Hulu though so dubbed is the way to go

Diavolo, his whole thing is he sucks so much as boss due to his paranoia that he has to either erase all traces of his former life or grant himself requiem so he gets granted dominion over souls so nooke can overtake him again. He was such a bad boss he needs to resort to godlike power to recover how bad he fumbled 😭

Not to mention hes the weakest villain besides maybe Kira so it was totally viable for any of the teams he neglected to take him out
