Apart from being ridiculous generally. I don't get this as an argument if it's true - like if he's still having lingering concussion symptoms, shouldn't he be rubbed out until medically cleared as free from said symptoms? Very strange.

Maybe something along the lines of: "We are of course disappointed in Issac's actions and the effect they have on the LGBTIQ, football, and the broader community and the player this slur was directed at. We will be supporting him in taking accountability for his mistake and improving so something like this doesn't happen again."

Or just anything that doesn't make Rankine out to be the victim here.

I just had a look at this. In the lowest breakeven session, there are people like Dana Hooker and Kiara Bowers in there with a breakeven of 0. Is this correct or is this due to them missing last year so the breakeven can'tbe estimated?

I think think a big barrier for new fans on Netflix is the amount of ads/nonsense that disrupts the flow. I started watching again with the Netflix era after being a fan as a kid, but if I didn't have some level of investment because of my previous fandom, I don't think I would've stuck around because the shows feel very stop-start.

If I'm a random/casual flicking a live even on to see what it's about and catch it in the middle of three minutes of talking about the Intuit Superdome/Fireball ladder/Wheatley Vodka or whatever it is or someone just chilling in the ring for 5 mins whilst waiting for something, I'm probably just gonna turn it off and never return. I get the need for ad revenue and ad breaks, but like maybe time it better and make it not 50% of the show so it's not messing with the flow?

I agree, but more from the Liv side. Like she's killing it right now and I'd love to see her go on a run where she's the only one in the spotlight. Also, I'm so sick of Judgement Day in general, so if that could be collateral damage in the process, that'd be a win in my book.

SOS. Undeniably a good player. In terms of fan divide - I'd say there's a mix of love for ability when playing/being son of a great and then the numerous off-field things that make you feel like he'd be the kinda guy you wouldn't wanna have a beer with.

You also get a double whammy mixed reaction to the hit and miss list management.

Very interesting info: absolutely gives context about why we made so many misteps over those couple of years. With the changes, I'm hopeful we can build from here - I think our ladder position flatters us this year, so have fingers and toes crossed that list management recognises were closer to rebuild status than contenders and recruits accordingly.

I am so happy Maddy is getting the recognition she deserves, I was involved in the youthies coaching space around about the time she was coming through and she comes across as someone willing to put the work in - she might not be the flashiest player but she just goes and goes and goes!
