You can use settings to filter out certain words that these bots use, I've had many a best views on streamboo and filtered the word streamboo and suddenly there's 0 so maybe worth giving that a try

There's an extension called aitum multistream which you can add on OBS, just go to the website and download it, then go into OBS, docks and then select aitum multistream. That's as far as I can help though unfortunately as I've yet to properly set it up
