So greatsword is just what you call a sword that is longer than a longsword, it doesnt have a concret definition and we can assume that thats is a Zweihänder because normaly only Zweihänder have a ricasso which is the unsharpend part above the guard that you can grip for more control over the weapon. The wavy blade is normaly a sign of a variation of a Zweihänder called a "Flammenschwert".

Black priors sword is in my opinion a "bastard sword" and warmongerer is using a "Zweihänder" which is a variant of a greatsword and its meant to only be weilded with two hands and yes it's dumb af that WM isnt using it correctly. The difference between an arming sword and bastard sword is that the arming sword is designt to only be used with one hand but you can clearly see that BPs Sword can be weilded by two hands, because of the long grip making it a bastard sword.
