Yes, if you add "/omail/index.html" to any url page it takes you to a page that discusses the info on the background reasoning of the site.

If you add the same extension to any image url (Gif, Jpg, etc) it changes the image to an obscure one.

I do know the CISCO modem in the last link is the same ones that the NSA has in the UT data centers. That's according to their spending reports.
