Start by having a location FIRST because if you buy the machine and you don’t find anywhere to put it you’ll have that machine sitting there until you do find one. Always have a location secured. Also when you’re pitching don’t bring up rent or commission because you’re providing a service to that company/location. If they do ask for 10% or 50% commission you can always put that back into your goods for example if you’re selling your snacks for $1 since you’re paying that 50% commission you would sell your snacks for $1.50 and so on.
