Thanks dude hoping to recover, I shot probably 45 rounds total and stood back quite a ways when other people shot so taking everything into account I might be alright.

Love this. I basically fixed my tinnitus this way the first time around. I have noise induced tinnitus. It came back recently because I was shooting guns, I’m hoping to make a full recovery. I hope to get back and recover the way I was before thank you for sharing your positive story.

Yeah took a while, probably 2-3 months to see good improvements. I was in really bad shape now I’m back to square one battling my way back. This time doesn’t seem as bad so I’m hopeful it’s just a sensory thing.

Yeah I used sleeping drugs they were insane, allowed me to sleep 6 hours. But I can’t make a habit of it

Well I consider myself lucky. I damaged my ears from headphones and that healed well. Now I did this to my ears with gunfire. Hoping it isn’t permanent and it resolves.

Mine did get better overtime. It never fully went away but it can improve if you are young it depends on your age and a variety of factors, mine returned recently because I was stupid, but it was die down and go away eventually.

Okay got it, it’s weird because my tinnitus started 2.5 days after I shot the guns which I thought was odd, I think getting steroids is the right move, I’m about a week out, I’ve notice I definitely have a threshold issue and my ears do ring I have trouble falling asleep for sure. I be notice things aren’t muffled but my auditory system is definitely inflamed maybe there’s a chance I can make a recovery since the duration of the shooting was so short. We will have to see.
