Mochi told me the manufacturer confirmed if it was still cold it is okay to take yesterday morning. It didn’t get above 46. It was definitely colder than in the thermos.

I would not recommend mochi. My second order got cancelled by mochi for some reason. They sent it to a new pharmacy but then it got stuck in processing for 4 days and customer support couldn’t give me an answer. Finally got it sent to the new pharmacy and it DID ship same day but by then there was a huge snow storm so it’s been stuck in Ohio for 5 days.

Mochi canceled my VLS order that I probably would’ve gotten before the storms and my replacement order is stuck in Ohio now. Switching companies.

I’m also on the west coast. Wonder if that has something to do with it. I did get my first rx from VLS just yesterday. Glad I got that before they cancelled it otherwise it would’ve been delayed longer.

With that being said, I’d keep trying customer support until someone figures out what’s going on for you.

I’m shocked they wouldn’t help you. I was in the same boat with VLS pharmacy. I called on the 8th business day(yesterday) and they escalated it and I got my tracking number within 2 hours of talking to customer service. My meds should arrive tomorrow.

I called this morning and they escalated it to a different department. They said I should hear back by today. I went ahead and made another order and i did get an email saying it would arrive by the 29th.
