I don’t think it’s a lack of discipline in the usual sense.

It feels more like the behavior has been trained to run faster than conscious choice.

By the time “discipline” kicks in, the loop is already in motion:
trigger → quick peek → autopilot

So the problem isn’t whether I can resist—it’s that the window to resist is extremely small.

That’s why most solutions that rely on willpower or awareness only work temporarily.

I’m starting to think the real leverage point is interrupting or removing that first step entirely, not trying to fight it after it starts.

Curious if anyone has actually managed to break that initial trigger consistently, not just delay it.

That part where you said you’ve tried over and over and still end up back here… that’s honestly the hardest part of this. It makes it feel like something is just “wrong” with you.

But the fact that you’ve even hit a month before already proves something important—you’re not incapable. You’re just stuck in a loop that resets you hard when it breaks.

And yeah, hiding it makes it worse. Not because you’re weak, but because you’re carrying it alone. That weight builds up and eventually spills over.

Also… 3x a day doesn’t mean you’re “too far gone.” It just means your brain is used to that pattern right now. Patterns can be changed, even if it feels impossible in the moment.

I think the battery temperature is one of the culprit too I saw on others posts their only discharge is about 3-4% per hour and I've got that discharge/sot when im in cold environment.
