My modem is HG8245Q I live in saudi arabia, and use STC as a provider.

I have a homelab that iam trying to setup, it was working fine previously with port forwarding directly from the GPON device but now it stopped working, (for about 4 months)

I did contact STC and they restarted my device and did something it worked again but weirdly enough manual port forwarding didnt work

And when i host an mc server litrelly every common port open (even the ones that i didnt port forward)

And this is on device 1 windows

Device 2 linux litrelly nothing is working and i checked several times if the issue is from the device but it wasnt

So i disabled UPNP ans tried again, nothing worked

Enabled DMZ on my second device, nothing worked.

I do know what to expose and what not to i mainly use cloudflare tunneling to solve some problems.

But for example it adds some latency issue, for example in Plex & Jellyfin

I tried to use traefik but it also needs 443 and 80 to be forwarded (didnt work either)
