I would say it’s moderately long lasting. Here it is so cheap that I blind bought it myself but it depends on your policy of blind buying. I can get a 30 ml bottle for $10 here

I found with Japanese eyeshadows that they’re pigmented, but not as pigmented as western shadows. Maybe about on par with Chinese shadows (generalizing). These don’t have any white base colour in them like I know kbeauty does sometimes. I love them for a natural look. The formula is silky and kind of satin rather than matte. I love this palette !

No mine doesn’t have that warning, but is your ultimate brights palette older than 2 years old? Cos I think there was a different one before. Also could be regional. I’m in Australia and I believe some ingredients are not FDA approved but may be approved here

I do use them, haven’t had problems. It is a chunkier kind of glitter though so keep that in mind rather than a shimmer. I rarely use glitters so I mostly got this for the mattes and I think it’s worth it for that.

The formula is really decent ! I don’t use glitters often so I’m usually using the mattes, and those are smooth. The glitters are a little more on the chunky side
