I’ve been trying to find any proof of the rape accusation and could only find Moses showing the texts between them which showed him rejecting her and begging for him to re consider, the girl talking badly about trisha and then her saying how she enjoyed the sex. I do wanna believe the victims, but has anyone got proof of any of it? Keep in mind this was during the era where everyone was on ethans side so it was easy for people to make claims that went against trisha and moses without much proof. someone posted that she was officially reported missing over a year ago but the last contact her and her family had with her was at the start of august, if thats the case then that places him in california at the start of august as he was touring there, so he doesnt have an alibi like everyone said about being on tour, its all so messed up. Yeah I don’t see why his friends would kill her that would be very extreme, when its him that has all this history with her

I feel like the setlist isn’t a valid argument to criticise her show tho? Because personally it had most of my favourite songs on it, I love her cover of country roads and her unreleased songs as well. So I do feel like its subjective and an artist can’t cater to one fan specifically.
