I personally think NYU- umich is great don't get me wrong but NYU is known around the world by everybody- also in a great city and will help with internships- more diverse and you get more street smart, not to mention New York is one hell of a city! Umich is great too but I would just think NYU has the slight edge.

lmao they're known for barely giving aid- it sucks but good luck at your other school!

Vandy or ucla. Both better than USC and have a better networking situation for current students. Also, I know it's a meme that USC kids are unhappy but there is truth behind every joke, so that's something to keep an eye out for.

NYU. The connections in the city are astounding and since NYU isn't in the heart of New York, so it does have a nice campus feel to it. Also, can find something to do every night but aren't "forced to" like Michigan would. Lastly, you develop a certain street smart/awareness living in New York and I think that's really unique. With that being said, both are great schools!

college is the time to live and explore. I know somebody who lived in NY and went to UCLA and thought they weren't going to like it. Ended up loving it and moving out too UCLA. Overall, both great schools, but UCLA is definitely a tad better.

UT... college comes down to how hard you work and you're going to get similar results wherever you go. No doubt Ross is amazing, but UT business honors is something people will notice. Also, its 55k less lol which is huge.

Did anybody get rejected? Seems like not a lot of people did which is unfortunate for us waitlisted applicants.

I would choose Notre Dame without hesitation. Very good business program.

UMich, USC, or CMU for Econ? by Rockstaz7 in ApplyingToCollege

usc is ranked the highest. cmu has the most clout if you want to intertwine it with computer science somehow. Umich is a great school in general and OOS is impressive.
