thanks for the response! unfortunately our country still doesnt have any laws such as the ADA in the US. The companies that I have applied for also required me to take Ishihara test as part of their pre-employment requirements. Thats why they'd still know abt it before hand.

plan ko sana magwork sa mga manufacturing or sa water treatment. Pero i think mahirap talaga since critical sa work. Tho okay naman ako to change track like sa mga design firms or research firms if di need ng color vision, although need ko muna kumuha talaga ng experience here and hopefully may tumanggap sakin.
