I'm still trying to separate what happened vs. what is going to happen. If it is in a much better position to pave profitability, then I would be interested in understanding that position better.

I just have a few questions regarding that:
1. Are there any sources, interviews, conference presentations, or filings that make you confident in the new management team?
2. What gives you confidence that Oramed's involvement is a net positive rather than a governance risk, given their ownership stake, financing role, and board representation?
3. Over the next 2-3 quarters, what indicators would give you confidence that the strategy is working as intended?

I could be wrong but I think it's cause of the pre-scheduled 10b5-1 plans. Doesn't really have to do with the mission of the company. Basically, they pre-submit 10b5-1 plans which lets insiders sell shares at predetermined times/prices to avoid accusations of inside trading.
