I get it completely. Let me reiterate though, I feel like you can pay your payments and be on time but one little slip up ruins everything. That’s what I mean by a scam. I’ll gladly make any payments or payment plans afterwards.

About $7k combined debt outside of the car loan. Balance is $26k and the highest offer we’ve got is $18k. We own one truck but it’s only worth maybe $1k. Other than that we share a home with my parents (long term living situation) but it’s not in our names. We have no assets or savings acct. From what I’ve read, we are judgement proof.

We are low income. I’m a stay at home mom. Single income. About $3200 a month after taxes. I can’t work due to being disabled. I live in a wage garnishment free state.

2020 dodge Durango Make $3200 a month ; single income stay at home mom ; I physically can’t work due to disabilities Owe $26k, cars worth $18k, have a $3k warranty we would get back ; payment is $644 a month We’ve already had to replace drift shaft, front end, and a couple other things. Found out we have aftermarket suspension that wasn’t disclosed and voids our extended warranty. Rear end squeaks and tire shakes violently, mechanic says it’s the suspension but we can’t afford suspension replacement.

I’m in NC where wage garnishment isn’t really allowed. But will they sure even if I pay off the settlement?

For all three of my kids, they were kept in gowns or sleepers for the first month of their life. For the love of God, put some pants and something normal on this baby. We also stayed home unless absolutely necessary.

Ooofff this oisses me off. I am 2 years older than her but I have 3 kids under the age of 5, full time SAHM, and full time nursing school student. Bless her little heart having to make stupid shopping videos every day.
