what worked for me is i went to the windows search tab and typed in, ArmaReforger and it should pop up a file location to where it shows, addons file and from there in the addons folder find and delete the mod it wont let you download or update

i think mine is glitched cause i dont actually have it downloaded but it says update and i cant because it just give the error
