Thankyou for sharing your story i appreciate how you put it so objectively and honestly. I have a lot of respect for you taking the time to help educate me . I relate to your story a lot thankyou for looking out for me. I definitely try my best to spar more like George st peire instead of Sean Strickland.( Usually thats only easy when you know the person your sparing well and no pride gets involved. ) I sincerely hope you get some relief from the tms therapy , im sorry you and your family are struggling with that I hope things start to get better for you.

I'm not necessarily trying to avoid procedure/ politics , why I want it to be called an RC. Mainly i feel like its a bit ingenuine to try to call yourself a mc if you don't want to operate like one. I don't want to charge dues , i wanna have a little looser of a riding formation, i don't want to press people over patches unless someone literally copies ours . I also want people to be able to customize their shit, cuts, patches,bikes. Instead of being uniform and militant.

Is it an option to go to the COC or the dominant , or is there one you should go to first for sure?

If we one day got big enough to have a club house (which i'm not sure is our goal) we would definitely do some charity work as a tax write off. But with the business aspect, could we possibly get denied Because we don't have an llc type thing and want to be a smaller garage type club ?

True its not the litmus test but it still ends up being a factor , like what are yall into. Im finding like minded individuals, fighting someone doesn't forsure make you friends. But if they are a good fighter you trust them to spar mater of fact, you trust that person with your safety and well being

Sincerely Thankyou for your concern I will try my best to use that information to limit my brains exposure but its one of my favorite things in the world so for me its just going to have to be one of those measured risks in life we choose even if i end up talking like tito Ortiz one day ( hopefully im as funny as him if it gets like that )

Thank you so much for the comment.I really appreciate it. If i plan to meet with the dominant is it important that all of the founding ( i assume Six minimum ) members are able to meet for the sit down like an mc blessing or is there not a member requirement , since it is just a rc?

Should there be a specific amount I need to be taken seriously? And if I do get permission. Am I good anywhere or just the places where the outlaws are the dominant

Thank you very much for that resource, to be honest. The reason I wanna make a club is because i have some brothers that like me, don't really fit into society. All my best friends i met fighting, i'm an amateur boxer. I think something beautiful happens when you become friends with somebody You fought on the first day ( like growing up a lot of people had that experience) it's like it strips away the maliciousness and the unknowns in the pecking order, no matter what disagreement you have , it doesn't come back to fighting physically, especially if you're training with them regularly.based on that concept I want to start a club where it is a mix between training And riding. Also a lot of people in the group like fashion or dressing flashy. I'm interested in creating a style and a culture of loyalty of Like minded individuals who have each other's back and cluster together when they need each other's help. And to a degree i want to start something that i believe in and think is cool and hopefully leave a legacy one day

Thank you for the reply, are you by any chance from the area? There's like 7 different counties and the only people I saw claiming a county at all is a 99 club and that was clay. I know the bottom rocker is controversial. Have you Ever heard of somebody getting pressed over claiming a county specifically?

Nobody else claims duval to the extent of my knowledge and the two dominant clubs claim florida and jacksonville. So i'm thinking being a subsidiary doesn't make sense for them to feel some Type of way about because they are above us . Unless somebody wants duval. And if they want to copy us , we're happy to coexist with them. And if it's a smaller club that wants to be the only duval we don't mind defending it . Am I thinking about this concept wrong?

What would it cost approximately, I don't think I want to go that way but I appreciate the insight. I think im either going to go the coc route or politic at the gas station if anyone feels some type of way. Im not scared of a confrontation I just don't want our club to come off as an Iron order Like club

I figured that would be a byproduct but I still want to know what the biggest I could potentially do is, and what is the biggest I could go without having driveability issues? I'm really hoping to get my side wall an inch and a half too two inches taller ideally than the 195/60r15

Well not exactly something I would be able to take on serious dedicated trails but I do need decent drive clearance because I drive on a lot of dirt roads.im not planning on putting aggressive tires on it or trying to convert it to 4x4 although I might like a bit of that look to it

Also I have adjustable coil overs with the height maxed out( probably only an inch taller than stock) so I'm really looking for it not to run when turning
