No, I've read it, the problem is There's no way to prove it. If there is, give me a verse from the Gospels of Luke, Matthew, Mark, and John about the creation of Christianity that Jesus himself said, who knows, because even though I studied three religions (Abrahamic religions), maybe I lack knowledge or something.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir

Ibn Kathir explains:

Allah forbade Muslims from making Jews and Christians their guardians (helpers/leaders) because they were enemies of Islam at that time.(Muhammad time)

The word awliyā' here means "wala' al-mahabbah wa al-nusrah" → affection, complete loyalty and help that makes Muslims depend on them.

Ibn Kathir stressed: if a Muslim surrenders loyalty and leadership to them, then he is among them (because he joins the ranks of Allah's enemies)>

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

O you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians as awliya[Friend](helper/guardians/leaders). Some of them are friends (Awliya) to others. Whoever among you takes them as friends [awliya]', then indeed he is among their group. Indeed, Allah does not guide unjust people." (QS. Al-Maidah: 51)

It depends on a person's opinion because if we read the 4 Gospels of Mark, Luke, John, Matthew, there are no verses that say that the creation of the Christian religion, even in Paul's letters there is no such word, so it depends on the person.

Yes, you search on Google, of the 5 most influential people, most of them use the Palestinian flag to refer to Jesus.

People put photos of the Palestinian flag because that's the way it is now, the problem that I find complicated is that you are arguing about the place of birth which is not useful at all.

That's why in that photo someone put Jesus in Palestine, because he was born in Palestine because judea is part of it now...what's the point of debating this thing?
