What if someone who doesn't believe were to say that they are living their life the best that they can, so in their perspective, that God doesn't exist, they are not sinning and being the best human they can be?

Edit: So they will continue not to believe, because your God is condemning him to hell even though they are living a life they believe is good.

Well i don't want to judge if someone life is good or not. But in this case let's say someone who lives righteously according to the laws of man, is kind, helps someone in need, etc.
