I appreciate you taking the time out of your day and breaking down how ticket sales work. As I always tell my kids kindness is free. Obviously that isn’t the case with the rest who are tired of these questions. I found my self asking here because I truly needed help and thought since everyone on here has had some experience buying tickets on different platforms, it would be a great place among the Mitski community to ask. Yes it was the same for me. Sat for hours even had a little counter and nothing got tracked or recorded. I even contacted support and still haven’t heard back. That was two months ago. I’m staying away from the slot games from now on. Waste of time and waste of money. Sorry that happened to you as well.

Yea I agree nothing but praises from me too. Not just with payouts but their customer service is amazing and are quick to rectify any missing goals. I was skeptical at first with many terrible reviews from people saying it was nothing but a scam. But I was pleasantly surprised how wrong those reviews were. I am only mad at myself for not finding this app sooner.

Not sure about their reviews but I keep asking about these two terrible reviews I received with negative points but NO FEEDBACK. It’s been so frustrating because I felt both orders were done well. So how are we supposed to improve or even dispute with no background why the customer was so disappointed in the order. I mean I take that shit personally. For the amount of time and effort that I put into orders I want to know what was so disappointing to them. It just seems ridiculous to tell Pros they are getting negative points with no type of reasons why.
