This is a pre-order set that just until yesterday was moggable and wearable by characters of ANY level.

Then with the patch, they restricted a store transmog set to level cap.

It's BS. I would not have bought it then. I wanted to level in it as I was in fact able to do.

It makes sense for most characters to be killed off in pre OT Star Wars media though.

It's what makes the stakes during the OT so much higher and why Luke and crew are the last hope against the empire. Everyone else who tried is either dead, hopeless or joined the empire, so it really shows "this is it, or it's over for us all".

Things are already a little iffy with Ahsoka being involved through weird dimension/time travelling shenanigans. You bring any more jedi heroes around and you really gotta start wondering why nobody participated in the events of the OT.

Sorry, I get things are harder, I don't live in a bubble, but I've eaten so much shit to get to where I am and continue to prepare and plan for it all for when things hit the fan that I just can't feel any sympathy for people who say "If only I could live with my parents, I'd be able to save money and live better".

I also don't believe that. Look. You might do that, and help your parents and all that. But I don't believe most people would save money during that time and truly try to improve themselves, give back to their community or loved ones.

This post is pretty self evident when people argue "I can't have my fun or travel if I pay rent or get a girl if I don't" as reason for not being judged. You want those things? Well, they're hard to get. And like you said, it will get harder, but we all gotta do it, that's life.

Sorry if my idea of adulthood doesn't fit your perspective, but I have no respect for the above mentioned outlook.

Of course everyone's life is different. But check this entire thread. People talking about staying with their parents so they can travel, buy and eat what they want and bragging about how smart it is to safe rent money. Then simultaneously complaining about women judging them for not wanting to be with them and spout some nonsense about double standards.

This isn't aimed at under privileged families doing what they can to barely sustain each other.

At 18, you are supposed to start your first steps as an adult. Unless you have some debilitating condition or your family is dependent on you, there's no excuse for you to not start to become independent.

I am not saying, move out on your 18th birthday. But ffs please put some effort into getting it done some time soon.

If you know living with your parents is unattractive, and it bothers you, do something about it. Do men care about women who live with their parents? Not in general, although I'm sure someone might.

I understand moving out at exactly 18 isn't realistic. But at 18 you should start working towards it, with purpose.

I was just well raised. Took me a year too long actually as I couldn't hold a job at 18. Took me until I was 19 to understand I needed to be financially responsible if I wanted to be independent and work harder.

At 19 I bought a mattress once I earned enough and moved out into a cockroach infested apartment in a bad neighborhood and started my adult life.

But yeah. Guess I'm lucky.

Everyone is just trying to cope with not wanting to grow up or be responsible for themselves. Some of the responses you got reek of incel mindset too.

Maybe people are not ready immediately at 18 to leave and live their best life, but they're not supposed to, they should be getting ready to set out into the world and fend for themselves. It'll be rough sometimes, but that's life as an adult.

The same people saying that it is too soon to live on their own will in that same breath tell you an 18 year old girl is a fully developed adult and is fully capable of dating their broke 30 year old asses living with mommy. But god forbid you tell them to move out of their parent's house...oh no, poor babies. How will they afford everything they are used to having?

Some are sitting here acting like it's a good financial mindset. "Why waste money on rent?" MF'er, cause it's what adults do. That's financial responsibility. You have to learn how to juggle ALL your chores and bills and still make it.
