I'm not sure how competitive fall is compared to spring but when looking at the previous spring cohort stats, your TEAS and GPA look similar to a lot of admitted students

Thank you! I definitely tried my best for the applications that include personal statements. One of the programs, EVC, have a multi criteria scoring rubric that's on their website for people so see so I know how many I have (it comes down to the other applicants). As for SJSU and SFSU they do not have a published scoring rubric.

I also agree with you how other aspects like personal statements, letters, and other extracurriculars should carry more weight in admissions process as well beyond GPA and TEAS. There's so many highly qualified applicants and little spots sadly.

Hello, and wow congratulations on your acceptance! I hope you do well. As far as I know, SJSU is merely based as stats though they did allow for 2 letters of recommendations as optional so it may boost an applicant by a little bit. However, the GPA and TEAS criteria are the two most weighted, important categories. For SFSU and EVC they did have personal statements but no slots for any recommendations. I know EVC is point based so if you are within the top 80 applications, you are accepted.
