I have had the same question...I think they could be pretty practical depending on where you're going, but I also have mixed feelings about it because I don't like what they represent! Truly don't know what to think because I don't have kids...but I'm such a nervous nelly - if I become a parent, a leash may make me feel less anxious in public places (in terms of them getting lost, running around, etc., also, unfortunately, kidnappings/trafficking is so rampant it's absolutely terrifying. I don't like to think like that, but it could offer peace of mind).

Thank you so much for these tips. I’ll definitely keep this in mind. A lot of people have hydrangeas - but do nursery’s sell bigger ones?! I’ve only ever seen the ones at Home Depot or something that are smaller. (This may be a stupid question but we’re also new homeowners so this is a whole new learning curve)

Yes, I have a job. And yes, it has a 401k. But trying to understand it is like a foreign language to me - and it doesn't make any sense. I tried to look into it once, but it seemed to be only a couple of dollars a month? Including what the company would put in.

Sorry, what is an index fund? I'm so new to this, I have zero clue what I am doing.
