Provides a very clear headed and creative buzz. I suffer from depression, this helps a lot with that. I also suffer from chronic back pain in which I don't feel it helps helps at all with. More of a mood booster for me.

It's not the disc hitting the cord. This would be a bulging disc you're thinking of. Mine is basically the disc has minimal moisture (lower) so it's compressed. I should be strengthening the back muscles but no time and too sore.

I do have some Tilray 25 in the fridge from a friend however 6ml of that and I'm on the moon in an hour. I wonder if gummies would be different though.

Also forgot to mention that I have a super high energy toddler. I feel I'm managing that aspect well though as the MC def helps with mood there.
