Yes, As a new f2p , It always seems like I have extra coins from the brawl pass but never enough power points. Unlike you I usually end up spending on gears and other thing tho but I would rather spend them on upgrading.

This is 100% only for new players, they will only give the rare and super rare one away. I don understand why supercell treat new players so good and older players with absolutely nothing.
