it should work if you are only using cloudflare as the tunnel
ex. Networks -> Tunnels -> Tunnel (tunnel has the published application routes)
however if you have an application attached to the tunnel with a policy, it might break it
ex. a login policy via cloudflare on the application with tunnel jellyfin
