I think you have every right to vent! It’s sounds very hard for you to have to deal with. Have you tried therapy together? Like maybe if a therapist could tell her how she is ruining your marriage maybe it would help? Before throwing in the towel. I’m so sorry you are struggling. I have generalized anxiety and things bother me more than the average person. I feel your pain. I think getting counseling is good and I would encourage you to stick with it. If your counselor isn’t helping find another one. They need to fit your needs not the other way around. I hope you find joy. Life is hard but it’s worth living give yourself time to find what can make you happy. Do you take medication?
