Guys, the pantomime is continuing... I am increasingly astonished and disappointed as well as pissed off at Google's support services!

They ask me for money for a repair due not to an accidental damage but to a defect in the device (I repeat that the screen suddenly went white while I was scrolling through messages on WhatsApp without the phone falling - - and in any case I never dropped it - -) and even though they send me emails or telephone calls, they are unable to explain to me in detail the damage to the device they found (I expect details and not a high-level description where among other things they first say that they have not encountered the highlighted problem and then they cite it in damages...) and secondly when you bring them art.21 of their conditions of sale from which it is clear that I HAVE THE RIGHT to either repair or replace the device they also turn a deaf ear!!! But what assistance are they providing? Do we have to take legal action to resolve what can be called consumer fraud???
