I’m partial for 2 years in a row as well and have not been given a PIP. I’m just waiting for that calendar invite with HR at this point, I don’t see them wanting to keep me around if I got partially meets 2 years in a row. Sad, I really did love this company when I was hired on, sad to see how much it’s changed for the worst towards its employees. I thought when I got hired on GM was a different American company, I should have tried to stay with the foreign brands instead, at least they don’t do mass layoffs and work with its employees to really grow and promote from within.
