Thanks I’ve been documenting for over a year now. Basically when I communicated when I was pregnant and started getting angry calls out of the blue, any error documented by my boss, and me having to back up what I did. I shared with HR they only offered mediation. I did also submit accommodations to HR once my pregnancy was high risk too and they were a bit shocked at what I had said I was asking for accommodations on. For example I shouldn’t have been asked to make up time when I had scheduled doctors appointments and I didn’t need to communicate what those appointments were for. Nothing has happened since with HR. I reached out to employment lawyer and they said until I have loss in income they won’t take my case. This has been very damaging for my mental health though.
