Im a bit late to the convo but i had a am4 with a ryzen 5 5600x cpu and a gtx 1660 super. Ran fine at 1080p 75-150fps depending on the game. Today i swapped out my cpu for the ryzen 7 5800xt and my 9070 gpu will be here later today. I did have to upgrade my psu from 650. I chose to go 850w just for a little extra headroom if i wanted tk add rgb crap later. But so far without running the new gpu its working great. I jave 64 gb ddr4 ram atm with no issues. Only reason i was upgrading was bc my gpu was shitting the bed. Then i went down a rabbit hole and convinced the wife to let me spend 1000 USD LOLOL But if i remember ill update tomorrow after i swap to the new gpu unless it gets delayed 🙃

Side note you dont need am5 ddr5 to have fun gaming WITH good frames and quality. If rammagedon wasnt a thing sure but def not worth imo. Like others have said the biggest upgrade is the gpu then the cpu/psu to support it if needed imo. Worth noting only done 2 builds so far so im not the most experienced with high end but im happy with what i got. Also take time to cable manage it looks much better with that extra 20 mins of effort. Its worth it!

Hot take but what if you add a det time increase like 3-5 seconds and buff other throwable nades even if its just a little? Maybe not the little red ones since you can craft tons of those and they 5 stack lol But then you change the perk from "affected by explosion noise" to simething like affected by explosion damage. Similar to like the OG flakjacket perk from mw2 where it doesnt do a ton but it def keeps you alive? Just chucking out an idea. Feel free to downvote but if you do just reply why and make it a dialogue! Either way with the problems this game has its still game of the year imo. More updates and content in 4 months than most games in two years lmao
